Campus Tour Schedule:

SCHEDULING INFORMATION:

个人/家庭
A party the size between 1-9 persons, where at least one individual is a prospective student (current high school student)

• Advance Notification: A campus 推荐在线皇冠体育 should be requested at least one week prior to requested date of 推荐在线皇冠体育
• 确认: Campus Tour requests will be reviewed and communicated within 3 business days of 最初的接触. A confirmation will also be sent at that time after all arrangements have been confirmed to the e-mail address that is provided.
• 后期政策: Every effort will be made to accommodate parties that arrive late, as long as prior communication is made. Otherwise, 推荐在线皇冠体育ors will be provided a 校园地图 Guide for 自助游. Please see 到来 instructions below for further details.
• NOTICE: Summer 校园之旅 will be conducted at 11:00 am ONLY (Monday through Thursday).

During Black-Out Periods NO GUIDED TOURS/INFORMATION SESSIONS will be given. 一般 time periods include, but are not limited to:

• Testing: Midterm Exams, Final Exams, Reading Period
• Holidays: all holidays in which the University is closed including Spring Break
• Months: December, January and May
• Other: New Student Orientation through Labor Day Holiday, Registration for Fall, Spring 和夏季学期
   

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

TRANSPORTATION/PARKING:

汽车。 & 货车: General parking is available in front of the T.H哈里斯礼堂.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:

If the information previously given needs to be modified or is incorrect, changes should be communicated immediately so that adjustments may be made and a revised confirmation 将被发送.
